What is the turn around time for emergency plans?

We aim to have all new plans returned to you within 10 business days.  It is often shorter.

We aim to have certificate of occupancy – emergency / disaster response procedures to you within five (5) working days – although we try for 72 hours.

Review of existing plans are returned within 10 working days.

 

What is the turn around time for exercises?

For exercises that you will run yourself – desktop scenarios, we aim to get them to you within 10 business days.

For exercises that we are conducting with you, we need about 1 month to ensure that there are no nasty clashes with our calendar.

What are your payment terms?

Our payment terms are 14 days from the date of invoice.  Invoices are generated once you have signed off on the product.

Are the plans you provide copyrighted?

Yes our plans are copyrighted, however, we release your plan to you on a lifetime licence, which means that you can make any functional changes that you need at anytime.

Does Wilcons receive any commissions or referral payments?

Yes, we are partners with Sheqsy/Safety Culture and with BizCover where we do receive commissions for referrals.

All other referrals are done without commission.  We work with other businesses and refer clients based on the expertise need.  Similarly we invite the businesses we refer to, to refer clients outside their scope to Wilcons.
